365-Day Trial Period

At Artuvate, we take pride in the quality of our products, as well as the long-lasting comfort and relief they provide to our customers.

Our devices work.
We stand behind them with a 365-day trial period, except for payments made through PayPal, which limits refunds to 180 days.

If your Artuvate device, after regular use, does not provide the comfort or relief you expected, you may return it under the conditions below.

  • The trial period begins on the delivery date.

  • Because health improvement takes time, our therapies also require a minimum usage period to experience their full benefits.

  • We therefore require a minimum trial of 30 days before any refund request.

Clinical research shows that significant improvements in blood circulation, nerve function, and muscle relaxation often appear after 4–6 weeks of regular use.

If you experience discomfort or an abnormal reaction during this period, contact our support team immediately at info@artuvate.co. We will guide you to ensure proper and safe usage.


Returns & Refunds

You have 365 calendar days from the delivery date to return your device.

To be eligible, the product must be complete, including all accessories and original packaging, and returned to an Artuvate-approved warehouse.

Opened / Used Items

→ Refund to the original method of payment, minus a non-negotiable 15% medical waste processing fee, since used wellness devices cannot be resold.

Unopened / Unused Items

→ Refund to the original method of payment, minus a non-negotiable 10% restocking fee.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7–10 more days for the amount to appear in your account.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.


Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, contact us within 4 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order enters processing and can no longer be canceled.

Not satisfied with your order?
Contact our customer support — we will assist you quickly.


Replacements

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We will immediately send a free replacement.
Replacements are prioritized so you can enjoy your device as soon as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final and non-refundable:

  • Digital products

  • Extended warranties

  • Accessories

Additionally:

  • Incomplete items, improperly used items, or items damaged for reasons unrelated to manufacturing cannot be returned.

  • Items returned to an incorrect warehouse address cannot be refunded.


Our Rights Regarding Returns

Artuvate reserves the right to limit or refuse a return in cases of:

  • Irregular or excessive return activity

  • Returns of damaged or incomplete items

  • Potential fraud or abuse

This ensures a fair and transparent process for all customers.


Shipping Fees

International shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Chargebacks

We ask that you contact our customer support first if you are dissatisfied.

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us beforehand, you immediately lose your right to:

  • A return

  • A refund

  • The 365-day trial period

Please contact us before opening a dispute — we resolve issues quickly.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU)

For products delivered within the European Union, you legally have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, without needing to provide any justification.

The item must be in its original condition: unused, intact, with original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
