Orders may be shipped from one of our international warehouses located in North America, Europe, or Asia, depending on product availability and your location.
We conduct weekly inventory and quality checks to ensure you receive only premium products.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or your local postal service, depending on your region.
All orders are shipped using express delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times

Note: These timeframes exclude weekends, public holidays, and any delays caused by the carrier. During peak periods, processing time may be slightly longer.
Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
Delivery times may vary depending on customs inspections in your country.
Most orders do not incur additional fees, especially in the United States.
In rare cases, local customs authorities may apply duties or taxes — these are the customer’s responsibility.
By placing an order, you authorize Artuvate or its logistics partners to manage the import process on your behalf, including working with third parties to clear customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
It may take 2–5 days for tracking information to appear in the system.
If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder.
Multiple Shipments
To shorten delivery times, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Returns & Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not picked up, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
For refunds, initial shipping costs will be deducted once the package is received at our warehouse.
For returns valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Shipping Fees

Tracking Not Updating
Some carriers require 2–5 business days to update tracking information.
If no update appears after more than 5 days, contact our customer service team.
Are Items Shipped Together?
For logistical reasons, some items may be shipped separately, even if ordered together.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order for free within 4 hours of purchase.
Simply send an email with the subject line “CANCELLATION”.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
